FOUNDER

The founder of Adult Day Care & Assisted Living Group Consultants, Lowell J. Spirer, has an M.B.A in Hospital Administration from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois and an undergraduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona. He is the former president of a national nursing home company. He has specialized in Start-Ups for Adult Day Care Centers, Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes, and has developed a full range of adult day care and assisted living services since his inception of Adult Day Care & Assisted Living Group Consultants in 1993.
